1. Company and scope
These terms describe Restoration Fox AI, operated by Restoration Fox Strategic Intelligence LLC. Questions and purchase issues may be sent to support@thecreditfox.org.
2. Educational boundaries
Restoration Fox teaches. We do not review credit reports, file disputes, or promise results. For education only. Not legal or financial advice. Personalized credit-report analysis, dispute-letter generation, and underwriting predictions are retired.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Public educational pages may be explored without an account. Keep credentials private and do not upload sensitive personal financial identifiers or accounts.
4. AI and educational materials
AI output can contain mistakes, omissions, and outdated information. It is not a professional review of your finances. Consult qualified professionals for personal financial decisions.
5. Digital product delivery and license
Individual books are PDF downloads. After a verified purchase, a secure download link is emailed, expiring after 7 days and up to 5 downloads.
6. Prices, payment status and refunds
Payments remain in Stripe TEST mode during public beta exploration.
