1. Operator, scope and education-only service
Restoration Fox Strategic Intelligence LLC operates Restoration Fox AI. This policy covers the website, accounts, learning tools and digital bookstore. Contact support@thecreditfox.org with Privacy Request in the subject line. We teach general credit and financial literacy. We do not accept personal credit reports, account numbers, Social Security numbers or dates of birth for AI analysis. Do not include them in feedback or support messages.
2. Information categories and sources
Information you provide can include your name, email address, account credentials, selected learning goals, feedback, and support correspondence. Purchases create commercial records such as order status, payment-session references, and download token logs. We do not request sensitive financial identifiers through our learning intake.
3. Purposes and notice at collection
We use account information to authenticate users and provide saved learning features; learning selections to deliver educational content; order and email information to confirm payments and send secure PDF links. We do not use the educational AI to decide loan eligibility, creditworthiness or access to financial services.
4. Providers and disclosures
Cloud hosting provides application hosting and data storage. Stripe processes payments securely. AI service providers process permitted educational prompts. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights.
5. Sale, sharing and tracking disclosure
The application does not sell personal information or include cross-context behavioral advertising pixels.
6. California privacy-law applicability
CalOPPA and CCPA as amended by CPRA govern applicable data rights for covered California residents.
7. California rights
Where CCPA applies, California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and portability subject to statutory exceptions.
8. How to submit a request
Email support@thecreditfox.org with "Privacy Request" and specify access, correction, or deletion.
9. Retention and deletion criteria
Account and learning records are retained to deliver requested features. Download tokens expire after 7 days and allow up to 5 uses.
10. Security and incidents
The service uses authentication, restricted record access, and time-limited download links for private book PDFs.
11. Children and international users
This service is intended for adults aged 18 and older, not children.
12. Changes and complaints
Material practice changes will be posted on this page with updated revision timestamps.
