1. Digital Product Sales

Due to the downloadable and immediately accessible nature of our digital products, sales of eBooks, PDF guides, workbooks, templates, and downloadable educational resources are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Refunds are not ordinarily offered for a change of mind after successful delivery, except where required by applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues, restore access, or provide a working replacement.
